Sovereign Digital Infrastructure Corp. (“Sovereign Digital”) is building a new kind of digital infrastructure platform—one that pairs AI-ready data centers with dedicated on-site power generation and meaningful partnerships with local First Nations communities. Our first development, the Mihta Askiy Data Center, is located in northern Alberta and will be delivered in partnership with the Woodland Cree First Nation. The project repurposes a dormant power facility, offering a rare combination of ultra-low operating costs, regulatory momentum, and scalable on-site energy—all in one of Canada’s most energy-rich regions
